What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the virtual currency used for video generation. Seedance 2.0 Mini costs 95 credits for a 10-second 480p video, 143 credits for a 15-second 480p video, 205 credits for a 10-second 720p video, or 308 credits for a 15-second 720p video. Credits are deducted only after successful video generation.
Do credits expire?
No, your credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account indefinitely until used. You can use them at your own pace without any time pressure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. For users in China, we also support WeChat Pay. One-time credit packages also support PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Can I get a refund?
For failed video generation tasks, credits will be automatically refunded to your account. For successfully used credits, we generally do not offer monetary refunds. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team at [email protected].
Is there a free trial or demo?
